Yes, for your own convenience register first with your email and full name.

How can I cancel a hotel or flight?
All your hotel and flight bookings are saved under the TRIPS section. Simply go to the booking you'd like to cancel on the TRIPS section and request the cancelation.

How can I change Admin User email addresses?
Contact our customer support via email with a request. Admin User email address update can take up to 24 hours from request.

Can I create group bookings on SoldoutNight?
Yes. You can create group bookings for up to 5 rooms manually. Group bookings for more than 5 rooms can be done directly with our customer service team if you're running under the Business PLUS plan.
Flights up to 5 passengers per booking.
For larger customized group bookings upgrade to Business PLUS and contact our customer service directly.
